2.1. Purchases & Cancellations

  • (a) All sales are final. Because we sell digital licenses and time-based access keys, we do not provide refunds for any reason, including partial usage.
  • (b) You may cancel an order only before your license key has been delivered or activated. Canceled orders will receive store credit, not a cash refund.
  • (c) Only license keys purchased directly through our official website or payment systems are considered valid. We are not responsible for keys acquired through unofficial resellers or third parties.
  • (d) Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payments, or attempts to issue chargebacks will result in immediate license termination.
  • (e) Malicious, defamatory, or intentionally harmful reviews posted on platforms associated with our brand may result in restricted or revoked access to our Services.

2.2. Subscriptions & Licenses

  • (a) Your subscription period begins the moment your license key is activated within any Sirius Products application or website. Once your time ends, access will automatically stop.
  • (b) Subscription time cannot be stopped, paused, frozen, or transferred. In rare cases where our software is unusable due to faults on our side, we may offer compensation at our discretion.
  • (c) We may temporarily pause service availability at any time, with or without notice. Your remaining subscription time will resume once service is restored.
  • (d) Each license key is locked to the hardware ID of your device. Keys may only be used on one computer. If you switch devices, you may request a hardware ID reset.

2.3. Deactivation & License Removal

  • (a) A payment is disputed, reversed, or charged back.
  • (b) You tamper with software, attempt to bypass protection, or access our code.
  • (c) You share, leak, or redistribute your license.
  • (d) You purchase products solely to damage or undermine the brand.
  • (e) You engage in abusive, toxic, or disruptive behavior in our community platforms.
  • (f) You break any server or community guidelines.

3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • (a) If you experience issues with our software, you must contact us through our official support channels.
  • (b) Response times vary depending on ticket volume, timezone differences, and staff availability. We do not guarantee resolution within any specific timeframe.
  • (c) Compatibility information is always listed on our product pages. If your operating system, drivers, or third-party applications interfere with our software, you may be required to update or reset your system.

4. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • Product details, pricing, availability, and descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. If any software is permanently discontinued, all related licenses will be void.

5. COMMUNITY RULES

  • (a) No advertising.
  • (b) No spam.
  • (c) Avoid using trigger words such as "cheat," "hacking," "spoofer," "aimbot," etc.
  • (d) Abusive behavior, harassment, or excessive vulgarity is not tolerated.
  • (e) We may remove messages or links at our discretion.

  • Our website or services may link to or rely on third-party platforms. These entities operate independently, and we are not responsible for their content, safety, policies, or reliability.
